Needing a New PC laptop & option for good small tv screen we can use for window sharing on a mac.

I am looking for a very basic fast PC for internet, social media and office work at home. Also if you have any small tv screens one can use with HDMI cable to screen share a mac for home work, would be interested to hear from you.
